Hi. I’m Kendall Heiser. I write.

I create marketing materials and visual content for commercial real estate in northern Indiana. I am a licensed drone operator and handle everything from aerial photography to coordination of multi-platform listing launches.

There’s that saying, “Time is of the essence.” Commercial real estate is no stranger to that phrase. Moral of the story is, I get things done. Quickly.

Prior to working in commercial real estate, I studied language and theatre. Whiplash, right? I hold degrees in French and English with extensive studies in dramaturgy and French absurdist theatre. I’m certified C1 level in French according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Language. Learning a second language makes you better at your first. You can’t learn pluperfect subjunctive tense without knowing what it is in English.

I’m particularly good at editing for clarity and conciseness, which is rather important in the real estate industry. Multi-million dollar real estate investors don’t want to read a 40-page OM. (Maybe you do, in which case I’m happy to provide a book on any property for sale in the area.)

When I’m not working, I frequently read and write. I enjoy theatre, French language and culture, and video games. I strongly believe that the most boring moments of life are often the most beautiful, which is probably why I’m good at making industrial warehouses sound interesting.
